CEO, Dan Brody: Bringing over three decades of business technology expertise, spearheading strategic growth and sustainability initiatives. With a background in managing large-scale projects across diverse industries, he holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Toronto. Leveraging this wealth of experience, Dan excels in building global channels, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. His leadership emphasizes cultivating high-performance teams and optimizing processes for ROI, navigating regulatory landscapes to deliver scalable, secure solutions that meet industry standards.
Barnet offers extensive experience working on complex transactions in a wide range of industry sectors. His practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law. Over 30 years of legal and business experience through which he has developed a keen awareness and understanding of business law issues. He holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Before attending law school, Barnet obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal.
